I have been ripped off by consumer info. I read some other reports a while back and it made me cancel my account with them the same day I set it up. I have never used the service, and I even have a copy of my cancellation notice. Today I check my account and they charged my account $79.95. I have proof that they are a rip off. Something must be done.
