The company took my bank account information from the time that I purchased 1 credit report score ( which should have been free) and used it to charge my account for 16 months of charges. Each 14.95 for a total of 239.00 . When I realized it , I entered my account and they had no records for me . When I clicked to see the report for which I had paid over $200, there was nothing there. Simply a message saying that I should check back at another time. Customer service was unable to help whatsoever and simply give me a po box number and a fax number to send my complaint . The fax number doesn't work.
They provide no liable services. However, they found a way to deduct from my account.
