My wife and I went to freecreditreport.com for a free credit report and they signed us up for a Credit Monitoring Service that costs $14.95 a month! They said all the information was in the disclaimer that we clicked OK on.

I told them that we did not authorize any charges to our debit card and that they need to give us a $14.95 credit. They refused.

I spoke to two phone attendants: Trish and Nicole. I also spoke to two "Supervisors" (they said they were supervisors): Judy and Cathryn.

DO NOT USE freecreditreport.com!!!

Use annualcreditreport.com (they are legit).
