CIC*CE Credit Report- Freecreditreport.com Stole my money for 2 years, accused me of lying Irvine California

Today I went to close my bank account. I knew there should only be $12.47 left in the account because I already transferred my money into a new bank. When I arrived the bank teller told me there was only $.52 left in the account because there was a charged made for $11.95 for a credit report. I knew I hadn't requested my credit report. I called the company right away and they at first were accusing me of opening the account in June 2005 to get a free credit report but never cancelled the subscription. I informed her that I DID NOT request my credit report. They wouldn't let me speak to anyone. They told me before they gave me the address to the billing department I'd have to send them a copy of a police report for identity theft.

I then called my bank to see when the account was opened...it wasn't opened until August 2005!!! So how did they get my information if the bank account wasn't opened until a month after the report was requested. I was furious.

I called the credit report company back and asked how they could charge an account that wasn't even opened at the time the report was requested. They than gave me a new address to write to...still wouldn't let me talk to anyone!

After I got off the phone I Googled the company and found all of these complaints.

Is there someone that can help me? If I'm calculating correctly they charged me about $238 for 2 years without my knowledge. Yes, it was wrong of me to not look over my bank statements with a magnifying glass but who would think a company would get my bank information without my knowledge.
