CIE GLOBAL, Gunaccessories.com Unauthorized charges 1 1/2 months after order cancelled by them Indian Trail North Carolina

I ordered 4 rifle magazines from Barry at gunaccessories.com. Later, he called me to tell me that he couldn't and wouldn't ship them to me because of restrictions placed by the city council of a neighboring city so he was cancelling the order. I tried to convince him that I didn't actually live in that city and even sent him an official government web document from that city that defined my zip code as "completely outside the city limits" 1 1/2 months later I see a charge in my checking account that overdrew my account. My wife reamed the crap out of my for overdrawing. The bank reamed me in overdraft fees, over and over.

After 3 days of getting busy signals by phone, or cut-off during the attempt, they answered and the lady was very nasty, said "they did not cancel the order", and added that while they did not ship the product, and they did charge me but they would only cover the initial charge and no overdraft fees.

The way I see it, they knew they screwed up. They should cover the $120 in overdraft fees that piled up aver a few days.

This is a lesson to all to be careful about who you give account and card numbers to and MAINTAIN RECORDS!!!
