I ordered a collapsible stock and butt pad.  The website did not indicate the item was out of stock.  Nine days later, I sent an email inquiry requesting the status of my order.  That email was never answered. 

Five days after that, I called two different customer service numbers and got messages saying "The mailbox is full and there is not enough empty space to leave a message".  I waited over two more weeks without ever getting an update as to the status of my order.  I decided to purchase the item elsewhere because I had no idea where my order stood and I was unable to reach anyone in the organization.

I emailed the company to cancel the order and they replied back the same day stating they were waiting for the item to arrive from the manufacturer (31 days after the order was placed for an item that was not listed as out of stock).  I replied back, again requesting to cancel the order.  I never heard back from them.

Today, 50 days from placing the order, I received an email stating my order was on it's way and my account had been charged the full price of the order.  I have emailed them asking why my order was not cancelled.  I'm anxious to hear their reply (assuming I'll even get one).

Order Cancellation

Customers emails were not received in regards to cancellation.  Package was refused and customers money was refunded immediately.
