My mother died on May 31, 2009. I needed to obtain the correct date of birth for my sister to file a life insurance claim at the time of my mother's death. I knew the month and day of my sister's birthday, but needed to know the exact year. I was searching the Internet and came across the CIS Nationwide and the company advertised that it was able to get birth records. Well, I signed up for the services and low and behold, I never got the birth record I needed. I am requesting the charge be taken off my credit card and they are refusing to do this.

This is a scam because it did not deliver the services it said it would.

I want other people to avoid this company at all costs.
These companies should be shut down and not given the right to charge services for they do not fulfill!
