This company advertises criminal, background and people searches on people nationwide. This is a service our firm needs and understood that these searches would provide comprehensive results. The firt one we ran provided outdated informantion and the we found that if we wanted more detailed information, it would cost additional money. We wanted to immediately cancel the subscription, but found there is no way to contact these people or this company. It seems as if everything is done by email with canned responses and no way to get our money back. Our biggest concern is that we will be billed again as they do not explain what the rebilling options are. Please Beware of this RIPOFF.
