I like so many others, have been duped by these companies.
We believe their sales rep. engaged in multiple practices that were unethical and deceptive in order to acquire a signature. He never explained verbally that this was a noncancelable contract. He concealed the written verbage on the top of the page where noncancelable was written -by partially pulling back the overlying pages from the stack. He left items blank that were not filled in until after he left.
It was a 4 - year contract which finally ended, we returned the terminal but the company still threatens with harrassing letters / calls that we owe them money because we did not canceled in writing after the 4 years and did not return the terminal prompto, they threaten to transfer our file to a collection service company, we are done with them, never, ever I want to pay them a penny! Is it wise just to ignore them? I'm preparing a complaint to the Attorney General of Florida....
Stay away from these crooks!

I am a schmuck too. Lost about $1000. Anyway, no reason to hash out all my sorted details. You need to stop paying them, write letters to them, disconnect your phone, *67 them when calling them. Don't yell at them. Dont cus that them. File complaints with the FTC, FCC, Attorney general Florida, New York, and Illinois...NOW...not tomorrow....not next week...NOW...Get someone to work at her shop for two maybe three days....I am trying to help you....DAMN It....Get tough...No one will help you. They don't care about you. YOU....have to work to get out of this mess. I and a few of us will help you. Sorry, Dee, I think you need some lessons in ethical business practices. Whether the so-called contract states these things or not, LFG has some of the most unethical people in the business working for them and they need to be stopped NOW. I won't give a seminar here, but you can check out your local college's business school for some classes. Then, when you actually KNOW SOMETHING, come back and apologize.

It is NOT the sales reps respnsibility to "verbally" explain everything to you, it is YOUR responsibility to read everything BEFORE you sign it. They are doing NOTHING wrong, it's all in that contract that you did not sign.
