Signed a contract to lease three credit card machines for a new business. The agreement that is in writting states that the $147 a month fee for use of the three machines per month would be credited or refunded back if we did $2000 of credit card business per month. We have exceed that amount and no credit has been applied or returned. This company also used Merchant services Inc., out of Tempe Arizona and that is who we still get our funds from on the credit card receipts. We stopped payment to CIT Financial USA Inc, dba Lease finance Group and now I am receiving at least six phone calls per day at my home from a collection agency and it has now been applied to my personal credit record as a bad debt that I have not paid instead of being applied to the business. All victims of the fraud from this company need to contact an attorney and have a class action law suit filed on behalf of all people who have done business with this company. This company is now going under the name of Newcourt Linc financial Corp. I have tried to contact this company many times but it is an automated system that has you log your account number in via phone then disconnects you immediately. This company was also suppose to come and install the credit card machines and that did not happen. the machines came in by mail and we had to have them installed ourselves.
