I GAVE THESE GUYS MY NEW VAN TO HAVE A DVD/STEREO STSTEM WITH CAMERA INSTALLED. PAID $800 FOR THIS. THEY MADE A MESS OF THE WIRING AND MY CAR WOULD END UP WITH A DEAD BATTERY ALMOST EVERY DAY. THEY KEPT DENYING THAT THEY HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT. KEPT SENDING ME BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP (SAID I HAD A BAD BATTERY), AND OTHERS PLACES SUCH AS WHERE I HAD INSTALLED A REMOTE START SYSTEM. THESE TRIPS SET ME BACK SEVERAL DAYS, ADDITIONAL COSTS TIME AWAY FROM WORK AND NUMEROUS HEADACHES GETTING RIDES BACK AND FORTH WHILST I HAD TO DROP THE CAR OFF.



AFTER ELIMINATING ALL THE DIFFERENT REASONS WHY IT WASNT THEIR FAULT, THEY KEEP ASKING ME TO KEEP COMING BACK FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER. ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD FOR ME OR FOR MY TIME. NOW ITS ALMOST 9 MONTHS AFTER THE FACT AND THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT RECTIFIED.



ANOTHER THING TO MENTION IS THAT THEIR WORK ETHIC AND PROFESSIONALISM IS POOR. THEY KEPT THEIR GREASY TOOLS ON NEW CLEAN SEATS AND CARPETS CAUSING SLIGHT STAINS EVEN TO THE ROOF PANELING.



MY ADVICE TO YOU IS TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT GRIEF

I have been working here almost everyday since the store opened years ago. I have never seen or heard of any complaint from this person. Poor workmanship & Terrible customer service? Please stop by for yourself, There is not a day where a customer does not tell me the reason they come to us over our competitors is because of our GREAT SKILLED WORKMANSHIP, AS WELL AS CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this claim was not a false lie done by a competitor, we would not have celebrities and people that are particularly picky get their cars work done here. If anyone would like to find out about our fantastic customer service, reasonable prices, and incredible workmanship, please stop by or just give us a call 732-752-2443.
