Upon activation, we too noticed that this service was somewhat slower than advertised. Having purchased the modem back in 2006, it wasn't until 2007 that we moved out of a "coverage area" unaware. We realized that we couldn't get a signal anymore--- NO MATTER WHERE THE MODEM WAS LOCATED IN OUR NEW HOME. Upon notifying the company of our "early cancellation", we were told in order for the early cancellation fee to be waived, they would need something sent to them as proof of our new residence. They call it "PROOF OF MOVE". Actually, all that this is is a copy of your "CHANGE OF ADDRESS" card signed by your postmaster, and accompanied with a US POST OFFICE seal or stamp. This is all fine, and we complied to the letter with their request. As of today, we still haven't been reimbursed. They had continued taking money out of our bank account saying that we hadn't canceled our membership! We have contacted them now, at least 4 times. We are still waiting for our bank account to be refunded! Watch out!!!
