This company is awful when it comes to service. I have had internet and phone service and have had nothing but problems. The internet speed is terribly slow and to even try to upgrade, I have to sign another contract. Why would I agree to that when I'm not sure if it's any better? I have not been able to make international phone calls for the last 12 hours. We have had a death in the family and no way of communicating. After 5 phone calls and approx 4 hours on the phone, they put in a trouble ticket and it can't be fixed for 1-3 business days. It's Friday. They won't even look into it until Monday which means I can't call home until Wednesday - best case senario. The customer service people offer no help - no calling cards to use in the meantime - no interim solutions. If you need to be able to use the phone line you pay for, don't use clearwire. If you want to be able to use the internet, don't use clearwire. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, don't use clearwire. This company doesn't respect your time or money and they definitely don't care about retaining customers.
