I went through JD Byrider to purchase a car, I knew people said not to, they screw people over in the long run however they were very nice to me took care of the things when I had a problem.

Its their finance department CNAC, I paid my car off over a month ago, its actually been a month and 2 days, I still dont have a title nor the extra keys to my car and everytime I contact them, they dont know what to tell me it was sent to me 2 weeks ago and because of the way both me and my husband were treated by their asst. finance manager Diane I have asked numerous times not to have this woman call me and because I dont want this woman calling me all of a sudden no one can tell me where my title is, only this Diane person knows where its at so amazingly enough she was to be there at noon today I waited till after 2pm to call them again for the 3rd time today, seems she had a personal emergency and wasnt there this came from their finance manager Susan and she has nothing to do with applying for a new title for me?

This is bad business for them, I went through all their crap over the last 3 yrs, their threating letters for not even being late on the payments and when I was late i never heard from them ( guess that was good for me ) however I never missed a payment and paid off in full on time...I want my title!
