Adara communities formely known as Cnc Investments own by Charlie Yalamachilli will put your business on the verge of bankrupcy because he will not pay for your services and will file for bankrupcy and or change the company name to get out of debt.our personal experience with this company was really bad.provided landscaping service for three months for eight of his properties.without any payment received. finnally payment was received on a few properties but still left owing us about $5,850 which file bankrupcy on one. which now after two years he still owes us. We have contacted them for payment but they do not return yor calls or emails and if you stop by the office they will not speak with you. We have no other alternative to file in small claims court. he will use all vendors and not pay. there are over 100 vendors on the list that will not provide him any service due to his reputation he is well known by all.
