I did not subscribe to this service nor did I have any reason to use it. I contacted Coast to Coast Voice-EFAX Svc customer service at 1-866-576-1873, informed them that I had not ordered this service and they. stated that they would notify AT@T to credit my account with $29.95 to cover any charges that I had for that service
