COASTAL BUILDINGS JOSETTE COOK-MICHAEL BERGER THIEF! LIAR! CROOK! VICTORIA, Texas

JOSETTE COOK  and MICHEAL BERGER are lying thieving crooks!  I am a victom of these two thieves!  They took money for materials and labor - Josette Cook claims her word is good do not fall for that her word is NOT good.  She is the owner of Coastal Buildings and she will claim she can not control what Micheal Berger does after he collects the money and never completes the job.  I gave Micheal Berger checks that he had me make out to Micheal Berger/Coastal Building and he wrote on my checks the word "or" so he could cash them.  I had purchased steel with my credit card  and he had his hands pick my material up to take to his supposed shop for  fabrication he delivered scrap cut pcs poorly welded together and only half of the amount of steel purchased.  He got approximately 10,000.00 of my money and all I really got from him was 1200.00 of rebar.  He also wrote bad checks to concrete company using a closed account check from Coastal Metal Buildings and then wanted me to give him a check for that also - I know now why ..... trying to rip me off for more money - he also did the same thing for the rebar except this time Josette Cook gave him a credit card to take care of the bad check.  Both times the companies threatend to put a lien on my home.  I met with JOSETTE COOK and she said she would complete the building that NEVER happened.
