My husband got a loptop in colortyme which is a rent to own business last 2010. We are almost done paying it next month. Last week my husband went in there to get our loptop fix to clean up a viruses coz thats part of our contract, it took them like 4 days when they told him that he can pick it up the next day. When my husband got the computer, i told him the computer looks different and the charger isn't working and the battery was bad. He called the colortyme and spoke with the manager, he said he will just send us a new battery. Yesterday, i called them up and told them that they gave us a wrong loptop and told me that why are they going to do that? and i checked the stock # and i was right, it was wrong one and went there with the proof, they already know that they exchange our loptop and charger. Our loptop was dell and gave us an hp charger without informing us and exchange our loptop with an older one without informing us. The manager said he doesnt care about our complain or hear it. This is not right coz most of the people went there doesnt even speak english and i know for the fact that they have been doing this for a long time. This business needs an investigation.
