what i recieved was a health benefit card and package with a form to fill out, with another fee attached, for a pre paid credit card, basically a debit card.
i feel that i was fraudulantly mislead, the company totally misrepresented itself and what it was selling. i have no need for further health coverage and i would not have invested in this had i fully understood what i was purchasing.
when i called the phone number listed above i was told that i could not contact anyone with the company listed, that i was in contact with another company that handled their costumer service, but they would not reveal the name of their costomer service company, even indicating at times that they were a part of the commercial health network and then denying that they were a part but just a company that they contract through.
i would like to see this company stopped and litigation started.
