I received an "Officieal Mail Delivery" document that looked authentic, stating I had won $2,000,000.  I knew in my heart I had not won anything, and that this was most likely another scam.  Whoever sent this to me (from Kansas City, MO) permit No. 4280, requested I immediately mail a check in the amount of  $11.89 plus $3.00 special "rush processing", payable to ANC.  No where in the document does ANC exist, except for whom to make the check payable to.  Don't be fooled by these creeps.  The FBI should catch these thieves who prey on low-income, seniors, and anyone who is legally going through a rough time.  Don't let them get you!
