Do not ever deal with this company if your a foreigner, the owner is a racist. I tried to purchase a computer from the owner of the company and he was very rude and insulting. He obviously has an issue with people of middle-eastern race because he so proudly referred to me as "a f***ing towel head". Now I am all american with a old Viking first name, so off this basis he insisted that I was of middle-eastern decent.

This note was forwarded to me by the President Of Einar's (former) Company, Enginuiti) & Proves 100% that he is the author of these fictitious posts.

Einar changed his e-mail address at work, to anonymously submit these false postings, then forgot to change it back. (and was fired a few days later)

Here is his e-mail, which my team tracked down.

Einar Rowan IS "STSmith". He is also "123".

We are collecting his posts. They are all in the hands of our attorney, at this time.

All off a sudden I get an email from Mr. CB, dated the second of April at 1:06am, after a hearing anything from him in over a month, asking if I remember him. And now when doing some Googling around a couple of days later I find is report and then subsequent comment regarding myself. I was going to ignore Mr. CB because I could care less what he wanted, but now my hand has been forced and I must say something.

First off, I have no clue who Mr. CB is, I have never meet him and he has never worked on any computer of mine. We had a disagreement a while ago and some things were said back and forth, but I was a man about it and walked away from the whole ordeal, ignoring all this bickering. I thought Mr. CB was also the man he said he was and walk away from the situation, he had already called my company I was working complaining to the President and the Owner of the company and called my cell phone and left a wonderful voicemail threating to "shot me in the head" and to "f- me up", and this is already after our colorful email conversation.

This is obviously a situation where Mr. CB can not stop thinking about me when he really stepped over the line with calling my work and leaving the voicemail, which was forward to certain people in the event he actually did anything to me. We had a disagreement that started by email and then Mr. CB escalated it and now escalated it yet again and I see my name being mentioned here.

Someone else has obviously been burned or felt the temper of Mr. CB and left this Ripoff Report. And without definitive proof of my involvement, anyone that mentions my name again is liable for defamation of character.

If you have ever had a bad experience with any company then please use the internet as a forum to post your comments. Without sites like this, what do us consumers have for protection?

Nice detective work! It sounds like this guy, Einar, is a quite the vindictive jerk. If he actually knew you, I think he would have 'packed it in'. Nice work exposing him....That was AWESOME! You've done a terrific job building your business into a force to be reckoned with and this sort of thing is to be expected' when you are experiencing this much success, this quickly. I know all about your "following" in Montgomery County. Shrug it offand keep blowing the roof off your businessas I've seen & heard from everyone. You've made it, Bannon. Let this guy, Einar, crawl back under the rock from which he came from. He sounds like a miserable person-- feel sorry for him. Let me know how the lawsuit goe.I hope you are using one of your DC connections' on this one. Let's grab a cold beer soon.

I spoke to the President of Enginuiti yesterday, . Einar Rowan is the confirmed author of these posts-- and he has been terminated.

The reason for this letter- and investigation into Einar Rowan's post is to clear the name of COMPUTERpros, LLC We stand by our reputation as being one of the top DC/Metro service firms.
It's unfortunate that this happened & it has been a tremendous learning experience --for all of us.

*Please refer to posts from Steve Smith and 123 as Einar Rowan- the author. The trail follows.

The President of Enginuiti, Pat Hardiman, officially fired Einar Rowan in March. Einar is the confirmed author of the slanderous report against me & my company. I actually spoke to Pat when this all happened on 2/25/08. (when I declined to sell Einar a MAC Book computer at the price he offered- roughly 50% of the asking price)- Einar became angry & the exchange escalated. Ultimately, Einar made several threats to me & my co-workers via e-mail.

Einar immediately posted this fictitious "ripoff report" in an attempt to damage my business.
I successfully traced Einar's information & located his employer in Vienna, VAan IT services firm called Enginiuti.

I contacted the President of the company, Patrick Hardiman, to discuss the incident -- and forwarded him Einar's threats via E-Mail. (which we took very seriously)

Einar was approached by the HR department @ Enginuiti & reprimanded for his behavior .
In the meantime, Einar tried to cover his tracks by "Fixing" his ripoff report & saying that I was "the best" and that I fixed machines for him & his family (which never occurred) . It was too late. Einar knew his job was on the line.....and ripoff report wouldn't retract his posting. He knew that I would eventually come across it.....and he was right. (It was brought to my attention by a client that saw it ---when searching for my web sitea couple of weeks later).

Patrick Hardiman, President of Enginuiti, actually called me today-- and then sent me this interesting note/update --from Einar.
Patrick found out that Einar posted the ripoff report from work & changed his e-mail address on the server ---to be anonymous.
Then... he forgot to change it back-- before he was fired.
Look what he changed it to. (very interesting)
*Note--Multiple lawsuits have been filed against Einar Rowan.

All of our work is covered by an unprecendented one year warranty. Installing P2P sharing software such as : LimeWire, Kazaa, Morpheus, Bearshare, etc. will void this agreement.

We do not "remove" viruses. We perform full data back up & reinstall the OS, cleanly. The docs are reloaded after they are inspected thoroughly.

I know that it is never a fire proof plan come short of redoing everything, so for that I can excuse anything else. The point undone here is that it is a matter of the original poster to come forth and tell his side of the story.Chosen to be the one who knew both people and heard both so called threats by both, with luck be. Words are just words, there is no need for no retaliation but silence. Chris can have creative times with his business, growing and learning and the other can go about and learn and have a smart time. This needs to end now and go no further, we do not need to lose breath or right of ways. There is more than enough business that if Chris focuses on his business and go on in his way. Chris Bannon just finished a complete overhaul on my entire computer system for my small business. Mr. Bannon did approached this daunting task with an uncanny professionalism, a dedication and joy in his work not often seen in any industry, especially service, and went above and beyond his workscope to make certain a novice was brought up to speed on all work performed. Mr. Bannon was efficient, educated, personable, and a pleasure to work with. I cannot help but to believe that whomever wrote this note did so with malice as the entire statement lacks credibility and appears to be a personal attack without merit.

I would recommend Mr. Bannon's expertise and serive(s) to anyone, professional or personal, and moreover feel confident that his company far exceeds technical assistance requests and does so with a very fair price combined with outstanding knowledge and exemplary customer service.

I wholeheatenly disagree with Steve's comments about Chris' customer service!

I could not disagree more with Steve's ripoff report. Chris has serviced my two computers and my girlfriend's computer with nothing but the utmost courtesy, dedication, and professionalism. I've called Chris as late as 11PM on a weeknight to help resolve a printing issue regarding an important sales presentation I was made the next day. Chris was on the phone for almost an hour with me until the issue was resolved. Quite frankly, I seriously question the motivation of Steve to submit such a vindictive and slanderous post to this forum. Is Steve perhaps one of Chris' competitors?

I worked with Chris extensively and never received the impression he treats people badly. In fact, it was obvious from the other calls he took while working on my computer system, that he treats everyone well. I wonder if you have seen his website www.computerprosllc.net with all of the positive recomendations he has received, including comments about how personable he is. This sounds like a serious misunderstanding, and I certainly am being in put in the position to wonder what YOU said.

Owner of company and I worked out our differences and I accepted his applogy and even had him fix my wife computer, which he did a great job with.

If you ever come across this post, know that the owner of this company is not a racist, rather one of the best computer technician's in the DC metro area.
