CONCALLHOME LEGAL RIP-OFF STILL CONNING PEOPLE EVERYDAY FORT MYERS, Florida

Had a family member in jail when another inmate told him about this service called con callhome, so I looked them up on the internet and purchased 200 minutes or something for $38/1st month, after that it was suppose to be $18.95/month, but I cancelled before that next payment was due because it only worked like 3 times after I had to pay global tel another $25.  I called them several times and once they told me 3 or 4 calls had been answered during the day and used up so many minutes when there was no one @ my house.  When I told them it was impossible, they said maybe the answering machine answered, but I do not have an answering machine.  Plus I had some charges on my Windstream bill from this and ran over peak time minutes on my cell phone from calling them trying to get the Service to work.  Luckily I cancelled my debit card too because they did try to collect even though I cancelled, but now my credit report shows that I owe $76 that I do not owe.  What a rip-off!
