The home retention division sent me loan mod papers saying to sign and have them noterized.mail them back within 10 days with the info they req.which was the last 2 paystubs. I called a couple of weeks later to check on the progress and was told it had been approved.that i would recieve some papers shortly that was Dec.then late Jan i called again and inquired because the 1st payment was Feb 1st they said the paperwork was not finished yet to send in the payment via westrn union which i did. then march came around i sent in march's payment then around march 20th i got a letter from western union stating to pick up my money because it had been refused.i happened to ask about feb. payment and it was there also. so i called countrywide and spoke with a robot that is what they are.they do not deviate from their script. i was told that they could not find nothing stating about the loan mod. they the last time they took my info was in 2006. i told them they were crazy.i said i spoke to the HOPE team.they did everything.still nothing then i called and spoke with the hope team they said everything was ok on their part.i had to try to get it straightened out with loan mod team.they said that everything from before had been closed out.without my knowledge mindyou.they would have to take my info again. they did and came to the conclusion i did not qualify.because what they wanted to do was different than the hope team.
my thing is i have a signed and notarised contract that should be honored by COUNTRYWIDE.Does antone have answers please email me. Thanx. Mauro
