Order a ATV 4 my son on 12/16, set 2 b delivered on 12/20, received the ATV, had it assembled. When the shop was assembling ATV, called COUNTY IMPORTS spoke w/ JR, wanted me 2 send photo of the ATV by email. Called back spoke w/ Justin who told me that they did recive the photos that I did receive the wrong 1. Justin then told me that he would straiten this out, he was going 2 check they warehouse 2 c what happen, later told me that they were out of stock & the warehouse just sent us what they had, i stated they should have called 2 let me know they where out of stock, not just send whatever this was a X-MAS gift. Justin then stated that the could check they warehouse 2 c want they had similar 2 the 1 I had order, then I told them that could replace it w/ the 1 I email them a photo of. Then he told me that he would follow up w/ me after he check the inventory. Later told me that it would b after X-MAS b4 they could send sent us the replacement  or refund the money. After that conversation Justin stop returning the phone calls or responding 2 email. So we contacted the claims dept. spoke w/ Tammy, she stated that she was not aware that we had receive the wrong ATV, Justin had not contacted the claims dept. 2 let them know that there was a problem. Tammy them told us that she would follow up and fix the problem. She later them called & told us that they could issue us a refund until they got the ATV back 1st, b4 they could refund any  money 2 us. But they had no problem taking them money out of the bank now they want refund the money.
