Ive been driving for 25yrs,and knew ahead of time.that going to work for this co. was scraping the bottom of the barrel.Ive read some of the other reports, they are absolutely correct. Nasty motel,horrible food.an at the terminal,doors are locked.furniture torn up;by the nasty drivers that hang around.if u have a pet;$500. nonrefundable deposit.If your truck is being worked on the animal/driver must exit the truck.no animals are allowed inside the bldg.so the animals have no shelter from the elements.( I consider that abuse,this co. doesnt care about the drivers,so why would they care about innocent animals) Every week a safety msg comes over the qualcom,(call this # an listen to the latest safety msg) only problem with that,is this company only cares about any lawsuits they might get hit with,from the dumb,backstabbing,ignorant,brownosing,drivers that like this company,oh forgot stuppid. As a solo driver,you recieve the crappiest,shortest runs,in the east an SE.,I signed up for OTR not reginal. This dispatcher of mine Kevin B; was the worst one i ever had,verbaly abusive,pushy,didnt care about safety.All i ever heard from him was negativity,put downs,critisizing,nitpicking.The only time i was late on a del was when the shipper loaded me 12 hrs late,an then i was written up for that.Other times truck breaking down.95% of the time i pu an del early.Im no longer with this co.an glad to be gone.well i have to wait an see what they put on my DAC,I havent had a lawsuit against a co. in 10 years,an that one i won. These large companies forget if it wasnt for the drivers they wouldnt be in bussiness. Its not worth it going to work for this co;if you care about your self an carreer stay away.Alot of new people break into the industry through large co's.Sure they'll put you through training(get a big chunk of $ from the government)then team you up with another student,an if noone is avaliable,or you cant find a partner,so long you get to go home.
