COX cable Fraud, Scammers, Ignorant, Rude Vindictive Customer Service. Omaha, Nebraska

Cox service is fraud, they DO NOT DELIVER WHAT IS PROMISED!  THEY SCAM AND BS YOU WHEN YOU CALL TO ORDER!  I called and was told first free internet if I buy a modem.  I had one whoops lie #1, then the lies mount up too many to mention.  Bottom line is I did NOT get the level internet I ordered, I was OVERBILLED, the supervisor did not call back as promised... and I never did get all the cable channels ordered, nor the level of internet.  after 3 days call to cancel and harassed and abused by the vindictive agent!  I demand he be fired.  THEN< he shut off service friday before the tuesday I told them to in vindictive BS!  When I hung up on him when he kept arguing an fighting with me verbally abusing me!    THIS COMPANY SUCKS~!!!! USE DISH OR DIRECT TV!!!! DISH is a million times better than COX ever will pray to be!!! Direct TV is too!    COX is bs scammers and fraudulent liars.  They promise you something and deliver you a pile of BS!  I called numerous times and they try and tell me I have what I ordered and I not only had proof on the computer but the bill showed the level I had and it is far from what I was promised!!! They said I did not need a converter for the movie channels and I did, KARMA I wasted 2 days and paid a computer person to come out and prove its not my router its their rotten internet service that is lame and unacceptable!  Including their CS reps in Billing to cancel accounts.  THEY DONT NEED A JOB IF THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP!    DON"T USE COX FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!
