CP Direct ripoff Scotsdale Arizona

I did place an order from this company. I followed their return policy and called them within two weeks to stop future debits from my credit card and future shipping of the product to my home. They advised me that I could return any unused supplements for a full refund. I returned two unopened bottles by certified, return receipt U.S. Mail.

Several weeks later, on January 31, 2002, I called and spoke to a lady named Penny who advised me that they received my returned item on January 22, 2002. She further advised me that their company had as many as 90 days to give me a full refund of $93.80. She further told me that the refund would be applied to my credit card statement and to keep checking fo the refund because it could be sooner than 90 days.

Since then I have placed over 100 calls to that company. Until receintly, I always got a busy signal at 1(800) 431-2383. Now that number is no longer in service. I also called their order line, where one day after a long hold, I finally was able to speek to a person. He gave me their P.O. box address and told me that he was not afiliated with that department and that was all the help he could give me.

It is now mid-November and I have still not received the refund.
