I wanted to try Longitude capsules, which promises to enlarge a man's penis by at 26%, possibly more. I saw the addvertisement in a magizine, then a commerical on TV (that same night). They also promised a money back gurantee, if the product didn't work. So I ordered the product online on 2/1/2002. I have yet (I write this on 3/4/2002) to recieve the pills. In the weeks between i tried to call their "customer service" number. IT IS ALWAYS BUSY. I tried calling multiple times during normal bussiness hours every day for 3 weeks. Then I called the order number and they told me to keep trying because the customer service lines handled a lot of calls. Also they said that the demand for the pills has been great and to be patient. So I was. To my knowledge I have yet to be billed (thank god), and after reading the reports on this website I will make sure tonight i have not been billed and will asked the bank if they can change my checkcard (the account number or the exp. date). As a side note I was looking at another product on the web and realized it also offered by CP direct. It is called Eurporia, it supposes to be some phormone-like product. I was about to order it until I realized it is offered by the same company. I knew because the 800 numbers are the same. DON'T ORDER IT.

How to get through to customer service.

To get through to the customer service line, you have to have a redial button on your phone. You must hang-up immediately when you get the busy signal and instantly hit redial. Do this continously until you get into queue on their phone system. You will get a message telling you to press "2" for customer service.

Then you will be on hold for the next available representative. Stay on the line, you will get someone. I believe they must understaff customer service because the order line is not like that at all.

The problem is there is only so many phone lines to connect a call. If they are all busy you have to call back repeatedly until you get an available line in the very second it gets free. Then internally the phone system has to queue you to the next available rep.

As far as ordering online, I also did that first but never got the product. I think they must not process the internet orders. I did receive the product after ordering on the phone.

They will try to get you on a regular order where you are charged each month around the 15th to 22nd.and receive the product around the 1st. I did notice some change but not nearly as significant as they advertise. So I called and cancelled today after 3 months.
