My husband was called on the 28th of June and told about thier $200 of coupons.. at the time the coupons arrived...(and within the cancelation period we called back and canceled.. The damage had already been done.. they charged our account the original $3.95 on 6/28/04 and an additional $99.95 the same day.. they then charged the account on 6/29/04 for another $3.95 and then last week they charged our accout for an additional $129.95 which we were not planning on so it bounced..

therefore the bank notified us of this so we started the research.. and the stop payment... i now have over five 800#'s which are 1-800-207-0174 which we actually got to talk to a human being who is now promising to refund our money.. yeah right we'll see..... the other #'s are...1-888-812-8538 1-800-205-9969 1-800-207-3251 1-888-212-0596 My thought is this .. if we all flood them with complaint calls on a daily basis ... maybe we cause the same agrevation they have called us.... i have tried to visit the website listed by the Better busines Bureau but it does not work.. if anyone else has any #'s lets get them listed ... I and We need you help to close these crooks down....

I also received the call for the gas vouchers on June 24th of this year. While talking to the man who was offering the deal and recording my responses, I made absolutely sure to tell him that the only charges they could make to my account was the $3.95 for shipping. The way they get you is by having the computer read off prices for other things so fast that when she says do you accept this all you can do is say yes and then they charge your account for the other totals. Luckily, I caught that and made sure while they were taping me I said not to charge me for anything but the $3.95. My main reason for writing this is to give the customer service number they gave me. because it is an actual number that you can get in touch with U-TALK UNLIMITED customer service reps. The number is 1-800-207-0174. I hope this number helps those of you who got the worst part of the scam.

WITH THIS MEMO I AM INFORMING YOU THAT I AM FWDING THIS AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS TO THE CT STATE ATTORNEY AND WILL PERSONALLY CONTACT ALL OF YOUR SPONSORS TO LET THEM KNOW OF THE MISLEADING PRACTICES. NO WHERE ON THE INITIAL WEBSITE DOES IT STATE THAT A PERSON HAS TO PURCHASE SIX ITEMS IN TOTAL. IF ONE DID IT WOULD PRIMARILY COST THE SAME AMT OF THE CAMERA. I COULD BUY IT MYSELF
INSTEAD OF PURCHASING ALL OF THESE ITEMS. I AM ALSO FWDING THIS MEMO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OF CT. PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL CONTINUE THIS FIGHT. YOU HAVE TRULY DECEIVED THE WRONG PERSON.
