CPS, Seawest Financial ripoff they bought my loan and now are an endless nightmare Phoenix Arizona

CPs has been a hassle and a huge headache. They bought my loan from seawest, when they actually bought seawest itself. They have repeatadly called me about payments I am not late on. They are rude and downright hateful. I contacted the Department of Financial Institutions but since they are not charging me any late fees there is nothing they can do. I say they are not charging me late fees loosley, it does not show on my statement I get once in a blue moon but as the day for my payoff approaches I have a feelling the little buggers are going to try and stick it to me. The # for the Indiana office of FI is 317-232-3955. Maybe one of you can nail them and knock them off of their holier than though attitudes.
