I feel so violated, this could have been Osama Binladen Taking money from me to come and bomb me, but still my bank would not do anything about it!! How hard is it to reverse a transaction? They want me to go and sue the company for $149.00 via Better Business Bureau (whatever that is).
I read on this site to DEMAND the bank to reverse the transaction, and I did that, but I had no luck. I could really use some help. I have included the address of the company which is in LongBeach California, if someone from there could tell me if that the company is even an existing company that would be great, because their phone is always busy and when I leave a message I don't get a call back
