C.R. England, Inc. Falsified my DAC Report.. LIARS and THEIVES!! BEWARE!! West Valley City Utah

Every New Guy Lasts Around Ninety Days...thats the truth!! I started with C.R. England back in February of this year. I did the reasearch, looked up several different companies, and they seemed to be the best one that could fit me, so I thought. I went throught the school and did all of the training that they required. Which the recruiters told me that I would be getting payed while I was going through the school, which was lie number one. Given my situation with my family at the time, I made the most idiotic decison ever and that was to lease a truck. I might as well just worked somewhere else for free, because I was not getting paid. Their base pay was 90 cents per mile, which I thought wasn't bad to start with no expeirence. Until I found out about the mysterious "14 cents per mile variable rate". They called it "business" fees, and to this day still do not have an explaination what exactly it was for. Meanwhile, the whole time I worked for them I never NOT ONCE had home time. They kept me out on the road for 7 months straight and told me "Home time was a violation of company policy, and was unexceptable." They finally approved my home time and they knew that I was going to be coming back the the yard in Salt Lake. I was going to go inside once I had arrived so I could confront the IC department and find out why I was not getting paid. My DM knew this, and told me "I just needed to LET IT GO and that if i came back to the yard in Salt Lake that my truck would be TAKEN from me and there would be NOTHING I could do about it." Do you believe this garbage? She did this over the qualcomm which was good, however I tried taking pictures of it which it did not turn out very legiable. Even though my DM DID approve my home time via qualcomm, which I recieved on my way back to Salt Lake. I told them that this was rediculous and I was not currently under a load so that we needed to part ways. I took pictures of the truck inside and out showing that it was at the England yard in Salt Lake, got my stuff and proceeded to go home.

I find out at a one week later, that even though my hometime to be here in the first place was APPROVED, they falsified my DAC report by saying that I "was in an unauthorized area without approval," which is a complete LIE. No obviously, this is making it very difficult, if not impossible, to get another driving job. I have tried to confront them about this numerous times, but keep being ignored and rejected. I really do know what else to do, allthough I have contacted an attorney and will fight them. I just am not sure how to right the obvious wrong that they put on my DAC report.
