Im rebecca was employed by cr england from dec2008 to may 23, 2009. i was forced to go team or lease at company or no job. went team with spouse on lease no miles so i decided to try and lease a 6mo demo. had my truck 2 1/2 weeks, warranty issues, when finally received final settlement cr england/lease kept 3000 for warranty peeling otruck before i had it, 1200 to steam clean an engine, didnt have truck may 31, 2009, took 800+ for dot inspection, truck was a lemon, also had air leak and hole in exhaust, dm/supervisor ordered me to clean out truck, violated my lease, put on my dac/usis i resigned without auth, which was a lie they knew it was on computer/satellite record, i was threatened with disqualification, so i cancelled my lease returned eq to slc utah terminal, took 45 days or more to get info on final settlement, when i got it i received no pay or anything . they also take out mo ney for cat scales and dont reimburse. i have contacted legal for a class action suit. also when first started wasnt told we had to go team or lease, and i was also gave no choice of co truck, they sent me to recover a truck then i got stuck with it, and not fullly reimbursed for it either. more info but too much too say.
