I was a student at one of CR Englands facilities and was excelling at everything in class. top 2 in class no questions. When it came to time in the yard everything changed. I was treated like an idiot by trainers who were obviously there because they had bad records and were forced into it to stay employed, which was stated to me by one of them as well. As i was learning techniques in driving on the road in which i was new at, i was yelled at and called many names. especially by people who's lifestyles had much to be desired to say the least. As i was just trying to get through it everything came to a head when i was told by them that we would be going to SLC to get our phase 1 trainers to hit the road,and be based out of their. i was informed by my recruiter that i would be based out of my home state with no problems because family was important to me. As i questioned what i learned i started doing more digging into this co. (which i should have done before hand,my eff up). Man was i blown away by what i had learned. Needless to say i left when i read all of this. I never finished my CDL but i will .

things to ask ourselves about this outfit,because they own us as far as the transporting of goods in the U.S. .............

**could it be that:

-CR Englands lot/yard personnel have accumulated bad driving
records due to CR Englands unsafe driving demands from their drivers,and are forced to "light" duty to stay employed. (Basically unlicensed or licensed drivers with bad records can drive and teach on the private property)

-CR England makes TEAM driving teams out of a student/trainer team, while only paying a solo or a solo/student team (much less cost) but still getting the same amount of deliveries done by doing so.

-CR England forces or at least heavily pushes new people into leasing a truck by Horizon Truck Sales,and they actually own Horizon.

- CR England leases the same vehicles numerous times because none of the people leasing them ever are capable of following through with it because they are never offered the amount of miles to pay for them.

-CR England recruits people that will and will never be qualified to be a licensed CDL driver ,including homeless people,people with criminal records,bad driving records and drug habits.just to get government grants and loans. And when the loan goes through told that they are disqualified from the school and either sent home or left on the street.
