In the contract (I have one infront of me right now) it clearly states that after 30 days of late payment they have the right to repo the car and do what they deem appropriate including auctioning the car regardless of any payment arrangements made as long as it is before they receive the payment that was agreed to.
In other words they legally own the car after 30 days and just like if you were to sell your car and back out before the other person gives you there money you can decide not to sell it to that person.
Read your contract and make your payments!
Here we go again! YOU agreed to make all YOUR payments on time, everytime. They agreed finance YOU even though YOU have a reputation of not paying YOUR bills. YOU failed to live up to YOUR end of the contract which YOU signed. Because YOU failed to live up to YOUR obligations (just like YOUR reputation indicates), they took legal action to repo the car.
You want something "legal done" about these people? What? Let people like YOU welch out on YOUR obligations? "Swindle" and "scam"? You don't know what the hell you're talking about! "Swindle" is when sorry sub prime borrowers fail to act like adults and live up to their obligations.
YOU have a REPUTATION of not paying your bills. Why not take this opportunity to GROW UP and be an adult!
