A gambler and a cheat: These are the traits Agricole CIB NY Management is Promoting in IT Managers!!! One of the most repulsive traits at Credit Agricole CIB in New York is the promoting of IT managers who have little or no ethical value: To be rewarded, you must be a gambler, a cheater, an abuser against CA-CIB Staff.
The trend began about two years, and despite resignation from Sr. IT personnel, French IT managers have been bullishly being promoted by their French colleague while the COO (George Levitt) remain numb to the degradation of ethical standards and abuse committed by Philippe Casciola and others at the Bank. The signs are clear and vivid today, as it was in the past years. The consequences are far and wide reaching. The economical consequence to CA-CIB is in the millions of dollars, and yet the mismanagement and illegal treatment of CA-CIB staff remain un-addressed by the CA-CIB Management in New York. Recently this year, two shady character and abusive managers (Philippe Casciola and Louie T.) conspire to gain financial and management strong-hold at the CA-CIB New York office. They plotted and conspire to replace Sr. IT Managing Directors in the New York Office, with the assistance of their French Partners. Despite complains to the HR Department, the issues that were escalated to CIO, eventually was swept under the rug.
A direct financial impact to CA-CIB was exposed when several of the IT Staff under Philippe Casciola resigned after many years of working 70-hours weeks at CA-CIB. The impact is approximately 2-million dollar. Project that these employees were working on was postponed, and some cancelled. This caused CA-CIB to pay for parallel IT services at the new CA-CIB Data Center in Clifton, while maintaining the parallel service at 1301 Head Quarter in NY. The employees left because of abusive and illegal work condition imposed by Philippe Casciola and Louie T. The management style of disrespecting, threatening, and abusing IT staff members have been a very common practice in NY. And when the abuse didnt accomplish these managers goal, they demote those Sr. Managers to position that has nothing to do with IT; forcing them to quit. What is most shameful is, all of this corrupted action does not add up to the criminal-acts of the IT manager in charge now: Louie T. and Philippe C.
First we must tell you about the guy Philippe Casciola: He is the most evil of managers at CA-CIB. He has moved into the Managing Director position at the New York office by treating his staff like mule. First he demands they work 12-18hours/days, and 3-4 weekends per month. He would ask his staff to perform management task, and he would represent to his french management that he has done the work.
He has betrayed those who have done work from him, and he would win the Boss-from-hell title if he was a contestant. Philippe Casciola is an evil man. He uses the resources of CA-CIB to cover-up his dirty tricks, and the management from CA-CIB is support him strangle.
The wanna-bee Poker Player is involved in illegal activity that is forbidden by CA-CIB HR policy, but because he is french, he get to participate in the double-standard that the HR department allows. CA-CIB employee handbook clearly forbid employee from working anywhere else when employed by CA-CIB, but because of Philippes french-connection he is able to work outside CA-CIB without any intervention from HR. Philippe is a big-time gambler, and addicted to poker.
Gambling is the sole reason why he first wife divorce him. Philippe compete at many Casino in both Las Vegas and Atlantic City and funded by illegal funds from CA-CIB vendors; again another illegal action knowingly supported by CA-CIB HR Department.
The proof is clear:
CA-CIB management in NY refuse to investigate the payment Philippe has received illegally for awarding IT Contracts to BlueWater and USIS: Both companies currently are SOLE vendor for Philippes crooked schemes.
There have been several complain from other Managing Director at Credit Agricole NY office to the HR department about Philippe in-office sexual contact with his fx-buddie Linda. She is an Asian woman who takes Philippe to the hotel for their sexual encounters. He spends several hours instead of the 1-hour allotted by HR manual. He abuse his staff (Joe, Scott, Mike, Ravi, David and countless others) to do his work, while is out (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE)))
the asian woman on CA-CIB time. ( If you need proof, check the cameras and you will see what time he leaves and return or check to see when his ID is scanned into the building after lunch time).
It is amazing what the french-connection will buy you at CA-CIB. It was not too far in the past, the Head of IT Network, Kit P. was having a conversation with his son (4yrs old) he brought to work on a summer day. Philippe approach Kit and insulted him in the presence of his Son. Kits son said daddy why is that man being mean to you. After reporting the matter to HR, Kit P. was demoted, given less task, and Philippe Casciola became the head of IT networking. Is this the reward for in appropriate behavior? Again another french-behefit for being French!
Casciola is in the middle of his divorce from his first mirage, and his daughter (believe to be from his wifes lover) is being abused and mistreated regularly. If you look on Philippes desk you will find his daugher in a dog-cage. This is an example of his sick idea of copal punishment.
Recently, Don C. was on vacation and Philippe was given the temporary task to oversee the Clifton Data Center Build out. Philippe approach George Levitt and his buddy-pal Louie and conspire to remove Don C. from his position. Louie and Philippe conspire and represent to CA-CIB management that Don Carlock was careless with the IT Budget, and when Don return from vacation, he was demoted and Philippe took over Don Carlock position. The data center that was budget from 4-million dollar became a 10-million dollar project since Louie and Philippe took over. Philippe is receiving bribes from USIS in order to award cabling contract to USIS, and other bidders who have submitted lower bids for cabling for the datacenter are being fizzle-out because Louie and Philippe are in bed with USIS management.
The perks for disloyal management at CA-CIB include lavish gambling trips to Las Vagas and Atlantic City. Hotel Suites that are costing $2500 to $4500 at the Casino are being bought and awarded to Philippe Casciola by Bluewater and USIS to achieve IT contracts with CA-CIB. Although the gambling problem was reported to HR by employees, here again the French-connection is in favor on the French.
And now we provide you with some details about Louie T. (Philippe co-conspirator). The best way to describe Louie T is this: He is a accident waiting to happen. This man has no technical background, but yet, because of his French Connection, he has been able to take over and head the Technical direction of NY CA-CIB office.
Louie management style is like a 1-year old: From him to understand anything, he has to try it, and when it dont work, he always look to blame the IT staff (not management). Recently there was an email problem, and despite he has no technical understand about the email infrastructure, he began to give direction how the problem should be resolved. The results were disastrous: The problem got so bad, the entire email infrastructure was impacted and CA-CIB was out of service for several days.
Louie called Scott and the entire engineering team to the office, and began to shout and scream on the speaker phone: He SLAMMED his hand on the desk, shouting I WANT THIS TO BE RESOLVED NOW! NOW and slamming his hand on the desk. In the end, Louie blamed Scott M for the issue. He demoted Scott to a lower position, removed him from Managing the Windows infrastructure, and took-away Scotts bonus. All of this was done just because Scott was following Louie direction to resolve a simple email server hardware problem. Despite complain to the HR department, nothing was done.
HR Turn a blind-eye to the incident and continue as nothing has happened. Here you see another incident where the french-connection worked well for the French!
After Louie and Philippe took over from Don C. for managing the IT infrastructure, they make it mandatory for IT staff to begin on-call schedule where staff are required to be on call 24/7 every week without any composition . This increase IT Staff time beyond the 50-60hour work week and here again HR turn a blind eye to the French-corruption.
The problem continues to this day. Philippe rewards his cronies who secretly hide IT problem from CA-CIB management. Recently Victor Tam was promoted to Philippe position in reward for his secret arrangement to keep him as his pet spy. The IT problems that cost CA-CIB are being swept under the rug because the new Mr. Tam has always been a spy for Philippe. You may wonder how is it possible that Mr. Tam, who has no management experience in his entire career, became the head of IT network at CA-CIB? Not only is this one of the most key-position for supporting the bank,
but here again you see what the traits you need to have in order to be appreciated for your work at CA-CIB: As long as you continue to cheat, gamble and abuse other in the name of Casciola you will do very well amongst the French. This should be a wakeup call for all CA-CIB staff to be vigilant and speak up against the evil action of Philippe Casciola and Louie T.
For many years, there has been no or very little pay for employees, and this is because CA-CIB is promoting and rewarding gamblers, cheats, and Managers like Philippe and Louie who has abuse and mistreat our staff: all happening because they are protected by the French HQ If this behavior was evident as it is at CA-CIB, management would have intervene and not cover-up this disastrous and humiliation that our CA-CIB Staff experience on a weekly basis. It is clear that CA-CIB only value their french colleagues. By exposing these criminals, we should not have to endure such disgraceful behavior in the future.
