CRICKET And REP. ROBBI# CRICKET CUMMUNICATIONS And REP. ROBBI# 3447 bogus promises and rude reps Nationwide

on december the 24th 2008 i purchased a samsung phone, 25.00 plan, text messages, and insurance from cricket communication's in a cricket store in houston. the phone was purchased for my 12 year old son and a password was placed on the account to prevent any access to the account by me the adult parent. well needless to say i never received the free first month, and my son was trying out the phone and all its features and pressed the internet button and was allowed to make internet purchases thru his phone never being asked the password that was orginally set in place by me the parent. he gained access to the web for 5.00 then they charged me a prorated fee of 7.26, then ringback tones 5.00, and change plan services 10.00 all are charges that should not have been allowed to be accessed and charged. needless to say he never made any purchases, only push the button to show the features because it was know money in the flexbucket.

so i have been charged for pressing the buttons when know purchases were made. i spoked to several rude representatives of cricket cummunications(robbie)#3447 especially was down right ruid and sarcastic stating if i don't like the services then cancel. why was anyone able to acess the web or ring tones when their was no money in the flexbucket to cover charges. cricket communications i thought was a great plan for my 12 year old son because i controlled i thought the account and what can be done, that why a password was in place that he did not know. i am very very very very disappointed in the service and the lies they falsely advertises.
