SEO Reputation Management at its best!

CSAA AAA shifted emphasis from service to sales so customers get solicited on each call. Employees who thought they were just doing service are REQUIRED to sell or be fired. Most employees hate CSAA AAA but stay because of the tight job market.

CSAA AAA manipulates its own rules to always keep employees off balance so they can fire anybody at any time. Management asks for information from employees then goes after them when they respond. Employees on eggshells wondering when it is THEIR time to be fired.

CSAA AAA gives lip service to values and ethics but practice big company greed. It steals Money from employees by manipulating statistics, etc.

Ambulences arrive regularly to help the employee victims of CSAA AAA's "sick building" air. Those who dare ask for healthier conditions are harassed and fired.

Person at the top sets tone for a company so Paula Downey must be held responsible for all this.

If you are thinking about working for CSAA AAA, THINK AGAIN!

AAA is only good to those who brown nose!

AUTHOR: Fired Employee for Speaking out - (United States of America)

I worked for AAA for eight years! in the 8 years that I worked for this company I was never written up.  I was involved in the Investigation in where the Subrogation Manager was fired, and was  assured that I would face no retaliation.  As the new manager came in the supervisors and the new Manager Made it a point to give me a hard time. Confidential Investigation???? NOT AT ALL!! The new Subrogation Manager is ten times worst than the old one. The old manage at least had class, this guys talks and behaves as if we found him in a trailer park. Sad to say that most people at AAA only stay there because they need their jobs and because the opportunity here in the Springs for Jobs is very small. AAA is a company that doesn't appreciate their employees, and they have no loyalty.. No matter how hard you work unless you are one of the ones that likes to brown nose, you won't get anywhere. They hire supervisors and Managers like  who have no professionalism or experience in what they are doing.  The sad thing is that Paula Downey, Mike Randall nor Steve George give a rats ass for the people either. They are shady and unfair. AAA has been keeping money from other insurance Companies, overpayments, money that comes in in error, and wont return it to the Insurance companies, that is why the old Manager got fired, but he was not the only one doing it, everyone one was fully aware of the situation, it was that they burned the subrogation Manager and threw him under the bus when they were all in on it. AAA never went back to those claims to return all the money to the UM'rs or to the Insurance Companies. I knew that and I said it, that is why I was fired.  Stay away from AAA they are shady, and have no moral or Visions and Values as they claim. They charge Loss Damage Waivers on Western United policies yet they waive everyones deductible even if they didn't pay for the Damage waiver,  They pay overage on Loss of use out of Collision or any other coverage available.. Shady yes!!!! Too bad for all those good people who are stuck there.. And to all the others who love to kiss ass, well keep it up, it works good for you to get ahead for no other reason than just being a kiss ass.

CSAA isn't what it used to be

AUTHOR: Brian Bigelow - (United States of America)

I actually recommend to people that they don't join AAA now because of how I seen that people were treated in the former Colorado Springs call center. Yes, before I left the company I was in a mostly empty call center as AAA management was looking for any reason to fire people including changing the rules that we were required to work under.

#3 UPDATE Employee

a happy employee

AUTHOR: Willys09 - (United States of America)

When I read things like this about the company I work for I'm always amazed, people just don't get it! AAA is a great place to work, if you do your job. If someone is unhappy, then why not just leave? Service and selling have always been part of what we are asked to do and this is common in mnay companies. They do not fire people unless they are dishonest, don't show up for work, or do a poor job. I have seen one ambulence at the location, of course when you have 900 people on the site people do get sick. The company has always been supportive of the employees and working in the building I have bever been sick. I love what I do at AAA, we care for our members!
