I was taken in with the free samples i paid #5.93 for post & packing. then found out that two unauthorised payments were taken from my account for #78.08.. i went to my credit card and asked them to put the payments on dispute. the credit card company told me that they also had taken out two further payments on a statement i hadn't received yet... that's 4 payments in total. no luck with speaking to the company, managed to cancel a subscription i hadn't authorized.

I plan on haressing them until i get a refund of the total amounts

This is an update: MBNA can not help me unless i do not receive the goods. Email was bounced back from company and I have spoken to them twice by phone, once i was hung up on and the second time told me to wait for 72 hours for an email. have cancelled credit card. will keep you posted.
