Recently another defence department Contractor he ripped off sued him.  He then extorted a bogus settlement signature from a man who did not work for the company and had no authorty to sign anything.
Now a part of his team of criminals crooked attorney Andrew Duff Weiss  masterminded the fraud on Orange County Superior Court.
