Purchased in February, this unit and replacement unit, after repeated "repairs" by CVE will not record to DVD drive. ' have not had one day of use in over six months!
CVE appears to give no attention to actual problems, but "repair" something not complained about and return the unit.
Samsung apparently willing to replace with newer model, but such replacement is also done by CVE, who have yet to acknowledge receipt of the unit that UPS reports delivered to them 7/30/07 !
