The website also offers a lot of buy one, get one free on vitamins.
When my order arrived, I was missing all of the vitamins that had been offered as buy one, get one.
The excuse offered me was that I should have put "2" of the item in the am't ordered column INSTEAD OF "1" and the computer would do the rest. DOESN'T MAKE SENSE, DOES IT???
There was no offer to send me my other pills, BTW their math did not add up either.
Simplest thing : return everything to the store for a full refund and just buy right off their shelf with the buy one, get one free, or SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
