If we install it with your hosting company, we do not maintain access and you are free to change your login information.  An installation fee is required unless we waive it for you. Self installation instructions are provided with the website.



If you host with us, you will only need to pay hosting fees



3) We do NOT offer lifelong hosting as you claim



Coming back to specifics of your case:



a) You ordered a website from us. You did not order hosting with us. We installed it in a third party hosting account that you provided



b) Almost 1 year later about 3 weeks ago, you presented to us an empty hosting account with no website



c)  In two support tickets (emails), we advised you to contact your hosting provider to find out what happened to your website since we can only support a website that exists. We advised you to order installation if you found a fresh installation was necessary. Instead, you threatened to file this report.
