During the year and a half since purchasing brush, I have only received brushes 3 times. When calling this company, they put you on hold for aver 1 1/2 hrs. They continually promise they will ship brushes out to you but never do. They have taken shipping charges out of my credit card without shipping any brushes. This is FRAUD!! Shipping charges do not amount to much from one individual, however, there must be thousands of people they are doing this to.
The info-mercial is still continually running and it makes me sick. I feel Robert Urich should be made aware that he is advertising for a fraudlent company that has no intentions of fulfilling their contract with you once they get your initial investment.
I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, they listed my report as a failure because, "The company did not respond!" What good does that do? SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO THIS COMPANY. THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN.
