Ordered Weber Grill from Cymax. Wrong grill delivered. Called Customer service...they verified wrong item sent. Would resend & pickup at no charge. Four weeks and no resolution. Numerous calls to customer service promising e-mails, new tracking #'s, etc. All crap. To add insult to injury, credit card used for purchase was charged with $64,000 for fraudulent charges. Only company where that credit card was used.
Asked to speak with supervisor and was told there aren't any. Nice surprise Christmas gift for my husband. Wished I had Googled CYMAX complaints before ordering. Do not order anything from this company. They asked me to send them my credit statement showing all the fraudulent charges. Sure I will send them my credit card statement. Obviously dishonest employees or vendors.
