Called and had company sales rep come to my residence to give estimate on redoing my kitchen and bathroom cabinets and counter tops. The man that came out was like a chatty kathy and seemed to know what he was doing?? but would not listen to detail really and had to make sure things were put down for the estimate and work to be completed. The contract was written and agreed upon and work was to begin within the week. Well come to find out there very slow to getting to work on the project and not very concerned that when the work is gong on that your without a kitchen and or bathroom during all of the construction. Very slow to have sub contractors come in during the seperate phases of work to get details completed and then they do the wrong things or dont get all the correct information required due to the main contractor not giving them required information which delays the job even more. To get to the point... I had the kitchen done first and it took about two months to re face the cabinets and add two new cabinets and install the counter top, the job was done nice but they seemed to not total install everything I asked for and and shorted me two door pulls and the soft close hindges onall of the cabinets that were agreed upon verbally and were suposed to be put in the contract somewhere in several of the boxs on the contract that was hard to understand because most of it was abriveated or understood by the contractor and I did ask questions and was told yes everything was as i asked for..NOT. Now moving onto the bathroom, they came in did the demo of the old cabinets and then came in and installed the new cabinets the next day which was really great but then they had to send in the blue printer to get all the measuments for the new countertop and that took over a week to get them in to measure and then it took another week and half to have the top made. When they called me to come out to install the new top and arrived at my house the workers came in and started to prep the bathroom and I went out to see the new counter top still on the truck and was so suprised when I found out they ordered and cut the same stone that was used in the kitchen which was incorrect and not on the contract to be installed in the bathroom. The workers called the main compnay to let them know the problem and the contractor then tried to get me to accept the wrong top stating this is what i ordered and it is the correct piece, I said no look at the contract and they then said they would get bak to me on what thee going to do about this issue. About three days later I get a call from the store manager and he wanted me to accept the top and tod me they will discount it for me or if I wanted the one I ordered it will cost me an additional $900.00 to have that one done and installed. I told them no way and no more money willbe put out I signed the contract for what I wanted and if they or the salesman screwed up by not putting the correct information on the contract thats there problem not mine and they can eat the cost difference. After that conversation I have not heard back from them at all and thye have left me now without the use of my bathroom for over a month now. I have sent them a certified regestered letter stating they have 7 working days to complete my bathroom and still no resonse from them. 

This company is a fraud and dont really care how they treat customers as long as they get there money. They dont pay attention to detail and lack of communication is really bad, dont do business with them. I now have to go ut and start over again with another company to get the counter top installed and the job completed.
