Recently I received a bill for $626.58 in fraudulent pay per-view charges on my cableone bill. These charges began after i purchased the Floyd Mayweahter Fight on May5, 2012. Each weak following I 've had charges billed, for a total of 25 charges. After several attempts to rectify this error, Jennifer Bisop, (Customer Service Supervisor) at the Grenada office concluded that these charges were mine, they were placed from my remote and I was going to have to pay them. After deliberating for about two minutes, Jennifer hangs the phone up in my face. HOW RUDE!!!!On August 30, 2012, I went by the office to pick up a print out of the charges and discovered that many of these charges were made during hours in which I was at work, asleep, and on Vacation...Yet, Jennifer insisted that these charges were made from my remote, and that there is no way possible for someone else to be using my signal.. On July4, 2012, I went on Vacation to New Orleans, La. and have documents to prove that i was not at home, yet I had 3 charges for pay per-view. Many of the other charges came when i was at work or asleep..Cableone conclusion is that their system is fool-proof or error free. However, upon investigating the propability that there's a problem with my eqipment, I discovered that this is a Major problem with basically all of the cable providers. Yet cableone acts as if they are FOOLPROOF.. I would love to see Mrs. Bishop slapped in the face and treated the same way she treated me with the same charges. Each week cableone drops channels, internet signal slow, and rarely can get a call to go through home phone . I think you should applaud your customers for putting up with your crap instead of STEALING from them...Teach your CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS THE SKILLS NEEDED to operate in reputable manner. To this day, Cableone has not sent a technician to check this crappy equipment
