Cactus Mat, Inc is the worst company I have ever come across.  I have been in business for a very long time and never had as many problems as I have had with this company. DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT!! I promise that you will regret it!! I used Cactus Mat, Inc for walkoff mats and bathroom supplies. The mats that they bring are rarely clean. If the equipment that you are renting from them breaks don't expect them to come and fix it. I had a couple auto fragrance dispensers that would constantly be breaking and releasing so much fragrance into the restrooms that we had to keep closing off the restrooms until we could air them out. The contract is a 5 year contract that is set to renew after the 5 years for another 30 months. If you try to cancel the contract they will have their lawyer take you to court for breach of contract. When you meet with their sales person he will make it sound like the contract is just signing off on the few pieces of equipment that you are renting from them. THAT IS NOT THE CASE!!! Don't use Cactus Mat, Inc. unless you want bad service and you want to get sued!
