I was referred to Cafe Cup by a friend who thought it was a good idea. After viewing the site I thought it was also!! Well after making the order, agreeing to the upgrades etc, I was immediately lead to "this is your total". There is no checking your order for changes, deletions etc., this is your amount, pay it. I only ordered a set of the cafe cups with an upgrade. My bill was $33.95!! Well don't bother looking for a number on the site. It does not exist. I then ran upon this ripoff report site and bingo, some nice person had a number listed. Keep calling every hour don't give up!! I placed my order @ 8:30. I started calling to cancel around 9. After being told several times that, that was a "busy time" for them or that the order was not in the computer yet, I didn't give up. At 1:30 I was able to speak with someone and receive a cancellation #. Make sure you keep records of this just in case something else goes wrong. I wish I'd done my research first!!!
