Cafe Cups lairs, lairs. lairs, Internet

I ordered Cafe Cups over the phone. When you call the first thing they ask for is your credit card number. After that it goes through a series of questions. One of the questions is do you want deluxe cups. I ordered the deluxe cups.

The next questions of course is do you want a second set of cups. I declined the second set, while still speaking to a recording. The recording asks several questions about different products. While I answered no to all of the questions, I was expecting a total for my order at some point. The recording ended and to my dismay, no total for my order.

I then called the phone number that was given on the recording. I was told that I had to wait 24 hours for the total of my order. This was on a Friday, when Monday came around I checked my bank to find out I was charged $37.96. This for a $10.99 product. After several phone calls to the company, I was told that I ordered 2 sets by default. What is default? I only ordered one set. 

This company has all kinds of reasons why you get ripped off, but no results for the problem. I would suggest that NO one order anything off the phone or internet. Most cities have an as seen on tv store. Do your self a favor and go shop at the store.
